To be used for sweeping pipeline and cleaning various impurity after finished the pipe construction and pre-silicon.To be used for the exhausting gas before do the pipeline hydrostatic test and dewatering after test.To check the roundness error before usage and whether the position of live ball va e and pipeline diameter are accurate after opening va e.To wipe out the weld flash at the place of joints.To discharge ash, remove paraffin, and do water treatment of the used oil and gas pipeline.To paint the pipeline wall with anticorrosive coating.

• Bare foam Pigs are made out of Medium density – 80 to 96 Kg/ Cbm ( 5 to 6 lbs/ cft)/ High Density - 128 to 160 kg/ Cbm used for regular wiping & dewatering.
• This foam Pig is coated on the surface with Polyurethane elastomers & used for heavy cleaning & dewatering
